How It Works: Our Seamless Workflow
We ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience from the moment you contact us until the final print is delivered:
Step 1: Contact & Consultation Reach out via email or WhatsApp with your event date, venue, and required hours. We will share our affordable quotations, attractive packages, and backdrop samples.
Step 2: Pre-Event Customization We work closely with you to design a high-resolution, customized template or photo border that matches your event branding. We also analyze the venue diagram to perfectly place our Wi-Fi routers and printing stations.
Step 3: Live On-Site Execution Our team arrives 1 hour before the event to set up our mini studio. As the event starts, we deliver high-speed, high-quality prints while queuing the images for live-feed projection.

We will work very closely with your customise high-resolution template/border if any and ensure your template/border is suitable for your backdrop (photobooth only). We will require your venue diagram to understand where we can place our wifi and our printer station.
Work Flow
Pre-Instant Print
Contact us via email or Whatapp. Provide us with the date, venue and engagement hours. We will email our in-house (for photo-booth only) or customised backdrop, sample template/border, affordable quotation and attractive package.
Instant Print
We will arrive one hour before your event to set up our mini studio and equipment before your event. Also, provide an Instant print with highspeed printer with a quality print out onsite. Concurrently, your photos will be loaded onto our laptop to queue to display on your screen.
